Automatic concrete block making machine adopts PLC control system, use concrete, cement and fly ash as raw materials, to produce quality bricks automatically. And finished blocks have wide application, such as road and building project. This Fully Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine is a fully automatic egg laying type machine. We no need man power to operate this machine. This gives a production capacity of 16 blocks/stroke in 4 inch,10 blocks/ stroke in 6 inch and 8 blocks/ stroke in 8 inch. The machine is of high quality and so the blocks produced in the machinery also coming very good quality. The pump and valve will last for about 10 years giving trouble free and good performance. Heavy type vibrator gives smooth finishing to the blocks. We used heavy duty gear box 3 numbers in this machine. There are 2 gear box for forward and reverse which functions automatically and 1 gear box for Left and right turning (drive) which functions manually by operating through hand. The Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine is heavy build so as to avoid any problem during the function of the machine. Equipped with color face material feeding device, it could make various color face bricks,through-body environmental protection bricks,road curb rocks,hydraulic blocks and solid bricks and so on. It is a compact automatic concrete block making machine with electric and hydraulic system, each procedure action locks with each other to guarantee the machine operate safely,easily and dependably.

5). During loading to tighten the machine with reinforcement ring in container, so as to avoid the damage by transport bumps on the brick making machine.
